These terms cover the Picture-Line app for Mac and the one-time unlock sold on this website. Picture-Line is made and sold by Kshitij Koranne, trading as KJR Labs, Vadodara, Gujarat, India ("I", "me"). By downloading the app or buying the unlock, you agree to these terms.

The app

You can download Picture-Line and use the free version at no cost, for as long as you like. The free version holds up to 5 photos. Picture-Line needs a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 14 or newer.

The unlock

The unlock is a one-time purchase of a licence key that switches on the paid features: up to 12 photos, festival decorations, birthday effects, string and clip colours, frames and extra handwritings. The price is US$4.99, or ₹399 for buyers paying in India. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Your licence is personal. You may use it on the Macs you own or use yourself. Please don't share or publish your key.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. I never see or store your card or bank details. Your licence key is shown on screen as soon as the payment is confirmed; see the delivery policy.

Cancellations

The unlock is a one-time digital purchase, delivered instantly, and all sales are final. Try the free version first. See the cancellation policy.

Your photos

Your photos remain yours. The app keeps them on your Mac and doesn't upload them anywhere. Please only hang photos you have the right to use.

Warranty and liability

Picture-Line is provided as it is. I work hard to make it reliable, but I can't promise it will be free of every bug or suit every setup. To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the unlock. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect a purchase you've already made.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
