Short version: your photos never leave your Mac, there's no account, and this website doesn't track you.

The app

• Your photos, captions, notes and settings are stored only on your Mac. Picture-Line doesn't upload them, sync them or send them anywhere.
• The app has no account and doesn't collect analytics, usage data or crash reports. It doesn't connect to any server of mine.
• If you allow it, the app uses your approximate location only to work out sunset, so the fairy lights come on at dusk. The location stays on your Mac. You can decline and set the lights to always on, or off.

This website

• The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability.

Buying the unlock

• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay and I never see them. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the checkout, and Razorpay may use cookies during checkout.
• From Razorpay I receive the payment ID, the amount, its status and the email address you entered, so I can issue your key, help you if something goes wrong, and keep the records Indian law requires.
• Your licence key contains your email address and your payment ID, signed so the app can check it offline. Anyone you give your key to can read those two details, so keep it to yourself.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you (usually just your email and payment record), subject to the records I'm required to keep for tax purposes. Write to kjrlabs9@gmail.com.
